Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Prakashtea, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened and in original packaging
  • The product has not been used or tampered with
  • All tags and seals are intact
  • You have the original invoice/receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of loose tea
  • Products past their return window (7 days)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at purchase
  • Gift cards or vouchers

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@prakashtea.com with your order number
  2. Get Authorization: Wait for return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Pack items in original packaging
  4. Ship Back: Send to the address provided in authorization email

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We inspect the product (1-2 business days)
  • If approved, refund is initiated (2-3 business days)
  • Refund appears in your account (5-7 business days)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation at each step

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 2-3 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Take photos of the product and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We’ll arrange free pickup and full refund/replacement

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
